aquaBelly® was founded in 2010 as a national fitness and healthy living brand that focuses on moms, moms-to-be, children, babies and active adults. The aquaBelly® fitness and wellness brand of programs are safe and effective for all stages of life. Our classes are the best way to "Get Fit, No Sweat".

Fitness, nutrition and healthy living are the core values that drive the aquaBelly® brand and our family of instructors. In 2012 aquaBelly® expanded its brand to offer water fitness classes to a larger demographic. aquaBooty, aquaBelly Baby, aquaBelly Kid, aquaGrand and aquaFlow programs are now offered across the country.

Certified instructors offer different types of aquaBelly® brand group, private and semi-private water fitness classes. In addition to our exercise offerings, we provide fitness and nutrition evaluations and exercise packages, gear and equipment.
